Introducing/reviewing adjectives grade 2
Language arts adjectives for grade 2:

Introduction (15 minutes)
- Present a slideshow and review adjectives
- The presentation shoudl go over how adjectives are used and where they should be palced. Explain handout.
- Students will choose an animal to draw a picture of and answer the questions:
- What does my animal look like?
- what does my animal feel like?
- what are 3 words that best describe my animal?
Lesson (20 minutes)
- Students will complete the worksheet.
Extension/wrap-up (5-10 minutes)
- Make sure students understand how to use adjectives. As a wrap-up you can point to different objects in the classroom and choose a student to describe it for the rest of the class.
